Corporate Organization

Noe A. Solis

Chief Executive Officer:

Mr. Solis has more than ten years experience in construction, project management and supervision, including accurate takeoff, estimating, budgeting and contracting. Coordination, preparation of job scopes, scheduling and directing site employees. Supervision of sub contractors, and inspections for work compliance. Responsible for ensuring that site work done by company or sub contractors is defect-free by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Resolution of operational problems, and by identifying work process improvements.


Jose Ariel Ramos

Founder

Mr. Ramos brings to the organization over 40 years of senior management experience in the construction and welding industry. Extensive experience in site development, and excellent background in facility design, construction, scheduling, and budgeting. Ensures projects Bid are within existing operational and financial capabilities. Primarily responsible for the long term goals of the company and its strategic planning.

Principal Field Management

Alvaro Cervantez

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Cervantez has over 25 years in supervision. Primary responsibility for planning, tracking, managing and helping to define the project they are assigned. Responsible for the assignment of resources required for meeting the project objectives. Perform and/or manage verification activities (inspection and documentation) of welds, materials, and overall workmanship in accordance with specifications/code requirements. Review of construction drawings and specifications involving welding and Review of work planning documents.


Julio Godinez

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Godinez has more than 10 years in welding supervision and project management. Performs all aspects of Welding Engineering assignments including development, implementation and management of a welding program, development of AWS/ASME welding procedure specifications, conduct welding procedure qualifications, qualify welders and welding operators, act as the project subject matter expert for welding related issues.

Hollywood Welding manages safety by implementing effective preventive measures. Careful planning, training and cooperative efforts in all areas of our operations. Safety is the responsibility of every company employee and the single focus of our corporate safety program.

Subcontracting Plan and Performance

The company follows four steps in selecting a subcontractor. Past performance, references, risk analysis, licensing, bonding and insurance with focus on the following:

  • Ability to manage project cost and minimize change orders
  • Ability to maintain project schedule to complete on time or early.
  • Quality of workmanship
  • Professionalism including responses and prompt payment to suppliers and vendors
  • Close out process. No punch list on turnover, warranties, as built, operating manuals, tax clearances and other.
  • Communication, evaluation of risk and documentation
  • Ability to follow user’s rules, regulations and requirements, including housekeeping, and safety.
  • Verification of Contractor’s License and workers compensation and general liability insurance.
  • Overall customer satisfaction and word of mouth references.
  • Ability to analyze a project based on the triple constraints of project scheduling, cost and performance.
